How have the French young people who left the education system in 2010 at all levels and with or without qualifications higher than the lower secondary certificate fared in the labour market? What do the first 7 years of their working lives tell us about the structural changes taking place in the labour market? How has the difficult economic situation affected their trajectories? The latest results from Céreq’s Génération 2010 survey provide an opportunity to take a fresh look at the labour market integration of an increasingly well-qualified cohort that has seen the differences between the various levels of qualification widen.
